Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how subscription cancellations and refund requests are handled for ZapCOD.

1. Shopify App Billing

ZapCOD paid subscriptions are billed through Shopify App Billing unless otherwise stated. Charges, approvals, cancellations, and eligible refunds may be subject to Shopify billing rules and processes.

2. Free Plan And Trials

If a free plan or trial is offered, merchants may use the app within the limits of that plan or trial. Trial terms, if available, will be shown in Shopify billing or inside the app before the merchant approves a paid subscription.

3. Cancellation

Merchants may cancel a paid plan through Shopify app billing, by downgrading where available, or by uninstalling ZapCOD. Cancellation stops future app subscription charges according to Shopify billing behavior. Previously billed periods may remain non-refundable except where required by law or approved under this policy.

4. Refund Requests

Refund requests are reviewed case by case. A refund may be considered for duplicate charges, billing errors, inability to access paid features caused by ZapCOD, or other exceptional circumstances. Refunds are generally not provided for completed billing periods, unused time, merchant setup issues, third-party outages, or failure to cancel before renewal.

5. How To Request A Refund

Email support@zaptechapps.com with the Shopify store domain, billing date, plan, reason for the request, and any relevant screenshots or invoice details. Approved refunds, where applicable, will be processed through Shopify or the original billing method.
