2. Merchant Responsibilities
Merchants are responsible for their store, products, pricing, customer communications, shipping promises, COD order fulfillment, refund handling, tax obligations, compliance with applicable laws, and lawful use of customer data. Merchants must configure ZapCOD accurately and must not use the app to mislead customers.
3. Acceptable Use
Merchants may not use ZapCOD for unlawful products or services, spam, fraudulent activity, abusive data collection, unauthorized tracking, security attacks, infringement of third-party rights, or any activity that violates Shopify policies or applicable law.
4. Subscriptions And Billing
Paid ZapCOD plans are billed through Shopify App Billing unless otherwise stated. By selecting a paid plan, the merchant authorizes Shopify to charge the applicable subscription fee. Plan features, limits, and pricing may vary by plan and may be updated with notice where required.
5. Cancellations And Refunds
Merchants may cancel a paid subscription through Shopify app billing or by uninstalling the app. Refund requests are reviewed according to the Refund Policy and Shopify billing rules. Approved refunds, if any, are processed through Shopify where applicable.
6. Service Availability
We aim to keep ZapCOD available and reliable, but the service may be interrupted by maintenance, third-party outages, Shopify API availability, network issues, security events, or circumstances outside our control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
7. Third-Party Services
ZapCOD may integrate with Shopify, Google Sheets, WhatsApp providers, analytics platforms, and advertising platforms. Merchants are responsible for complying with the terms and privacy requirements of any third-party service they connect to ZapCOD.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZapCOD is provided as is and as available. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, or merchant-customer disputes arising from use of the app.
9. Termination
Merchants may stop using ZapCOD at any time by uninstalling the app. We may suspend or terminate access if a merchant violates these Terms, creates security risk, violates Shopify policies, fails to pay applicable fees, or uses the service unlawfully.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the service provider, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer or merchant protection laws require otherwise.
